I, the undersigned, a registered land surveyor in the State of
Indiana, hereby certify that the within plat represents a
"re- subdivision" prepared under my supervision of LOT 45
and LOT 46 of the Secondary Plat of "THE WOODS AT
WILLIAMS CREEK" prepared under my supervision and
recorded December 19, 2001 on Slide 720 in Plat Cabinet Two
as Instrument Number 200100084242 and as "replatted" by a
Secondary Plat prepared under my supervision of said
Secondary Plat of "THE WOODS AT WILLIAMS CREEK"
recorded October 29, 2002 on Slide 75 in Plat Cabinet Three as
Instrument Number 200200081175, all in the Office of the
Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.
Subject to all legal easements and rights -of -way.
This "REPLAT" consists of two lots, numbered Lot 45 and Lot
46. The size of the lots is shown in figures denoting feet and
decimal parts thereof.
