HomeMy WebLinkAboutpg 2 BLock 6 Lots 3-4 and Block 7 Lot 21, the undersigned, owner of the real estate shown and described herein, do hereby certify that I have laid off, platted and subdivided, and do hereby lay off, plat and subdivide, said real estate in accordance with the within plat. The subdivision shall be known and designated as Lots 3 and 4 of Block 6 and Lot 2 of Block 7, Mayflower Park, an Addition in Hamilton County, Indiana. Front and rear building setback lines are hereby established as shown on this plat, between which lines and the property lines of the street there shall be erected or maintained no building or structure. This plat is subject to Declaration of Covenants, and Easements between Mayflower Park Associates, L.L.C. and Mayflower Office Building, L.L.C., dated June 6, 1997, as Instrument Number 9709725451 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, as the same has been or may be amended, supplemented and limited from time to time as therein provided (the "Declaration The Utility and Drainage Easements (which are defined as and constitute Utility, Drainage and Irrigation Easements under the Declaration) and the Ingress Egress Easements (which are defined as and constitute Access and Parking Easements under the Declaration) which are depicted on the within survey plot are hereby declared to be limited to the areas shown and depicted on the within survey plat and shall constitute "Defined Easements" as such term is defined in Subsection 6(0 of Article 1 of the Declaration.
