hereby certify that I have laid off, platted and subdivided, and do hereby lay off,
plat and subdivide, said real estate in accordance with the within plat.
The subdivision shall be known and designated as Lots 3 and 4 of Block 6
and Lot 2 of Block 7, Mayflower Park, an Addition in Hamilton County,
Indiana. Front and rear building setback lines are hereby established as
shown on this plat, between which lines and the property lines of the street
there shall be erected or maintained no building or structure.
This plat is subject to Declaration of Covenants, and Easements between
Mayflower Park Associates, L.L.C. and Mayflower Office Building, L.L.C., dated
June 6, 1997, as Instrument Number 9709725451 in the Office of the
Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, as the same has been or may be
amended, supplemented and limited from time to time as therein provided
(the "Declaration
The Utility and Drainage Easements (which are defined as and constitute
Utility, Drainage and Irrigation Easements under the Declaration) and the
Ingress Egress Easements (which are defined as and constitute Access and
Parking Easements under the Declaration) which are depicted on the within
survey plot are hereby declared to be limited to the areas shown and
depicted on the within survey plat and shall constitute "Defined Easements"
as such term is defined in Subsection 6(0 of Article 1 of the Declaration.
Mayflower Park Associates, LLC and any and all successors and assigns
hereby waive all rights to petition the Hamilton County Highway Department,
the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners, or Hamilton County, or the
successor unit of government to be responsible for the maintenance of the
ingress—egress easement, or to have the easement considered a public road
necessitating maintenance by any unit of government.

CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY
This plat is being recorded pursuant to and in accordance with the terms
and conditions of the Secondary Conditional Plot for Mayflower Park as
recorded in Plat Cabinet 2, Slide 102, Instrument Number 9809822612 in
the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, and shall be
cross referenced to said Secondary Conditional Plot.
This subdivision consists of 3 lots, The locations and dimensions of the
lots and easements are shown in feet and decimal parts thereof.
I, the undersigned, do hereby certify that I am a registered land surveyor,
licensed in compliance with the laws of the State of Indiana and that the
within plot represents a survey completed under by direct supervision and
is true and correct, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
I further certify that all the monuments shown actually exist or will be
installed.
