THE OFFSITE DRAINAGE DITCH IS SHOWN IN THE PLAN VIEW. THERE ARE NO SOIL STOCKPILES PLANNED FOR THIS PROJECT. ALL GREEN SPACES WILL BE MAINTAINED WITH REGULAR MOWING DURING GROWING SEASONS. PERIODIC FERTILIZER APPLICATIONS WILL OCCUR TO THE GREEN SPACES. C4 PERMANENT STORMWATER QUALITY MEASURES WILL BE THE SAME AS DESCRIBED IN 810. THE OWNER WILL PERFORM REGULAR MAINTENANCE INCLUDING REMOVAL OF SEDIMENT WITHIN THE SWALE AND DETENTION BASIN AND REPLACING IT ON SITE.
