SURFACES AS WELL AS COLLECTION OF ANY LITTER. ALL GREEN SPACES WILL
BE MAINTAINED WITH REGULAR MOWING DURING GROWING SEASONS. PERIODIC
FERTILIZER APPLICATIONS WILL OCCUR TO THE GREEN SPACES.
C4 PERMANENT STORMWATER QUALITY MEASURES WILL BE THE SAME AS DESCRIBED
IN 810. THE OWNER WILL PERFORM REGULAR MAINTENANCE INCLUDING
REMOVAL OF SEDIMENT WITHIN THE SWALE AND DETENTION BASIN AND
REPLACING IT ON SITE.
C5 OWNER OF THE BUILDING WILL DESIGNATE INDIVIDUALS ON A LOCAL BASIS TO
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UPKEEP /MAINTENANCE OF THE FACILITY, INCLUDING THE
