The contractor shall schedule a Pre- construction meeting with the Hamilton County Soil and Water Conservation District prior to any construction on the site being started. 2. The construction entrance installed. 3. Sediment basin for pond constructed. 4, Outlet pipe and control structure for pond constructed for pond. 5. Temporary stone swale across main entrance drive constructed. 6. Silt fence entire project site. 7, Maintenance and refueling area constructed. 8. Concrete washout area constructed. 9. Posting information area shall be constructed. All items, as outlined in the 0 M manual for Post Construction water quality measures shalt be placed in this area. 10. Forebays for pond constructed. 11. Grade the site (side swales, and ponds to be seeded and mulched immediately upon completion). Disturbed areas should be kept to a minimum at all times. 12. Storm inlets are to be protected immediately after installation. 13. Contractor shalt control mud accumulation on all streets surrounding project by installing stone surface at all locations where construction traffic Leaves the site. Dust shall be kept to a minimum by utilizing sprinkling, Calcium Chloride, Vegetative cover, spray on adhesives or other approved methods. 14. Maintain att fitters and traps during construction to prevent any blockages from accumulated sediment. Additional seeding and straw bates may be required during construction as specified by Engineer or Soil Conservation Service. Payment for additional straw bales shalt be at the contractor's expense.
