Shrub Planting Detail LANDSCAPE SPECIFICATIONS: These specifications cover the fumishing of lobo equipment, and materials to perform landscape operations in connection with project at the locations shown on the Iondscape drawing. LANDSCAPE MATERIALS: FERTIUZER: Granular non —bumf ng product composed than 50% organic slow acting, guaranteed analysis professional fertilizer, 20% phosphoric add, and 5% potash by weight or similarly approved composition. PLANTING BACKFILL SOIL Backfll plant pits with the following topsoil mixture: topsoil, 1 part knported topsoil, 1 part compost and 1/2 pound plant specific yard. PLANT MATERIALS: Provide trees and shrubs as indicated. Comply with sizing standards of 'American Standard for Nursery Stock'. Provide only sound, het plants free from defects, disfiguring knots, sunscald frijoles, frost cracks, plat or any other form of disease or infestation. All plants shall have fully deveio voids or open spaces. PLANTING BED MULCH: 3 inches of Premium grade shredded hardwood mulch. STEEL EDGING: Ryerson block steel edging 3/16'x4'. PROJECT EXECUTION: SUBSURFACE UTIUTIES: Contractor shall determine atilt locations prior to commencing work. Any conflicts between utility locations, landscape operations shall be brought to Owner's attention prior to commend and /or grading work.
