Hi Darren -
I had a complaint from a neighbor stating that this property is being made into a rental. He said there
is one sewer line, one water line, and one meter base for both the addition and the house. He also
said that there is only 100 amp service at the house. He believes if this is made into a rental that is
violates zoning rules and would like us to look into it. Beth explained to him that our inspectors will
catch any problems that may occur with this property when they do the inspection. Jim asked me to
send this on to you. He said that we are to assign to building inspectors to go on each inspection of
the garage. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks
Pam Lux
