GENERAL NOTES:

EXCAVATIONS EXCEEDING FIVE(5) FEET IN DEPTH.
6. IN ADDITION, EXCAVATION EXCEEDING TWENTY (20) FEET IN DEPTH REQUIRE THE
DESIGN OF A TRENCH SAFELY SYSTEM BY A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER.
