It shall be the contractors responsibility to field verify all utility locations before construction begins. 2. All construction activity on this site is to be performed in compliance with OSHA standards. 3. Wye and laterals are stationed off of the street centerline stationing. 4. All wye connections shall have a minimum of five foot extension connected to the wye, or extended to the utility and drainage easement of the lot (whichever is greater). The end of the lateral shall be plugged or capped. 5. Laterals to the opposite side of the roadway shall be extended to the utility and drainage easement of the lot. 6.
