TEMPORARY SEED AND MULCH ANY OTHER DISTURBED AREAS. 14. FINISH GRADE ALL STREETS AND STABILIZE. THEN INSTALL CURB AND GUTTER. 15. INSTALL ASPHALT MATERIAL AND PLACE MULCH BAGS AT CURB INLETS. 16. REMOVE SILT FENCE FROM DROP INLETS ONCE VEGETATION HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED. 17. INSTALL GATED ENTRY AND FENCE AS SHOWN ON PLANS. 18.
