1. SET UP A PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING TO DISCUSS SCHEDULING AND
SEQUENCING PROJECT.
2. START CONSTRUCTION LOG. THIS LOG WILL DOCUMENT THE
PERFORMANCE OF EACH POLLUTION PREVENTION MEASURE. A THOROUGH
SITE INSPECTION SHOULD BE COMPLETED WEEKLY, AND WITHIN 24 HOURS
OF EVERY %2" RAIN EVENT.
3. INSTALL CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE AS DELINEATED ON PLAN.
4. ESTABLISH CONSTRUCTION STAGING AREA AND CONCRETE WASHOUT
AREA AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
5. REMOVE TREES AND RUBBISH ONLY AS NEEDED FOR CONSTRUCTION.
6. INSTALL PERIMETER SILT FENCE AS SHOWN ON PLAN.
7. STRIP TOPSOIL AND STOCKPILE WHERE SHOWN ON THE PLAN,
TEMPORARY SEED AND MULCH IMMEDIATELY.
8. EXCAVATE DETENTION BASIN. UTILIZE BORROW TO FILL LOW AREAS
OF LOTS AS SHOWN ON GRADING PLAN. INSTALL STORM OUTLETS AND
STABILIZE ALL BANKS.
9. INSTALL FOREBAY WITH WETLAND PLANTINGS AND WEIR GABION.
10. ROUGH GRADE STREET AND BUILDING PADS WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY
ROUGH GRADING ALL SIDE AND REAR YARD SWALES. SITE SHOULD BALANCE
EVENLY.
11. CONSTRUCT STORM SEWERS AND UTILITIES. PROVIDE SILT FENCE
BEHIND CURB INLETS AND CONSTRUCT EXCAVATED DROP PROTECTIONS FOR
YARD INLETS. NOTE: CURB INLETS TO HAVE MULCH BAGS PLACED AFTER
PAVING.
12. FINISH GRADE SWALES, EARTH MOUND, AND BUILDING PADS 3
THROUGH 6, AND THEN STABILIZE WITH TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT
STABILIZATION SHOWN ON EROSION CONTROL PLAN.
13. TEMPORARY SEED AND MULCH ANY OTHER DISTURBED AREAS.
14. FINISH GRADE ALL STREETS AND STABILIZE. THEN INSTALL CURB
AND GUTTER.
15. INSTALL ASPHALT MATERIAL AND PLACE MULCH BAGS AT CURB INLETS.
16. REMOVE SILT FENCE FROM DROP INLETS ONCE VEGETATION HAS BEEN
ESTABLISHED.
17. INSTALL GATED ENTRY AND FENCE AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
18. REMOVE EXCESSIVE SEDIMENT >30X) FROM FOREBAY, WHILE
MAINTAINING WETLAND VEGETATION.
19. REMOVE ALL REMAINING TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL MEASURES ONCE
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY IS COMPLETE, AND VEGETATION HAS BEEN
ESTABLISHED.
