NOTES ON MONUMENTS AND MARKERS:
O Denotes a 4 "x4 "x36" long precast concrete monument with
cross cast in top to be set, where shown, flush with finish
grade.

6" long with 1 1/2" dia. tapered brass cap having a cut "x"
in top, to be set, flush with finish street surface over

Do to construction activity I believe that individual lot corners will be
disturbed, therefore individual lot corners will be set either after construction
