ANY CHANGES, OMISSIONS, OR ERRORS FOUND ON THESE
PLANS OR IN THE FIELD BEFORE WORK IS STARTED OR
RESUMED.
3. VERIFY SIGN LOCATIONS AND SIGN REQUIREMENTS WITH
LOCAL GOVERNING AUTHORITIES.
4. TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL DURING CONSTRUCTION TO
CONFORM TO APPLICABLE LOCAL AND STATE STANDARDS.
5. ALL CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY ON THIS SITE TO BE
PERFORMED IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE O.S.H.A.
STANDARDS FOR WORKER SAFETY.
6. ALL DIMENSIONS TO THE BUILDINGS ARE TO THE OUTSIDE OF
THE BUILDING FOUNDATION WALL.
7. SEE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR BUILDING DIMENSIONS

8. THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF EXISTING UTILITIES SHOWN ARE

THE COSTS FOR SUCH RELOCATIONS ARE TO BE BORNE BY
THE DEVELOPER. IF IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO RELOCATE
EXISTING UTILITY POLES, THEY MUST BE RELOCATED TO
WITHIN ONE FOOT OF THE PROPOSED RIGHT -OF -WAY.
12 ANY PLANNED LANE RESTRICTIONS ON CARMEL DRIVE OR
ADAMS STREET REQUIRE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND
SAFETY APPROVAL.
13. NO EARTH DISTURBING ACTIVITY MAY COMMENCE WITHOUT
AN APPROVED STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PERMIT.
14. ALL PAVING WITHIN THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED CITY
RIGHT -OF -WAY SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF
THE DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING. CONTRACTOR SHALL
CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING TO SCHEDULE
A PRE CONSTRUCTION MEETING TO REVIEW THE
