This plat is based upon the Secondary Plat of Providence at Old Meridian Phase Two, which contains the within described real estate, recorded on November 19, 2003
as Instrument No. 200300118575, Plat Cabinet 3, Slide 300, in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana. There has been no change from the matters of
survey revealed by said previous plat on any lines that are common with the within plat.
