5. AFTER CONTRIBUTING DRAINAGE AREA HAS BEEN STABILIZED, REMOVE THE
FENCE AND REPLACE SEDIMENT DEPOSITS, BRING THE DISTURBED AREA TO
GRADE, AND STABILIZE.
