A recent inspection of the property revealed that the condition of the pond on that end of the center appears to be significantly different than the condition of the pond in other locations on the site and it appears that there may be some difficulty in maintaining the banks properly on the sides as well. Please ensure that proper pond management and maintenance is being utilized.
