The sign(s) is located 141" and Giovanni and advertises for The Ridge at Hayden Run Subdivision, in the City of Carmel. All signs located in Clay Township are required to have sign permits according to Section 25.07.07 of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance which states the following: Except as otherwise provided in this Ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person to establish any sign within the jurisdictional area of this Ordinance, or cause the same to be done without first obtaining a sign permit for each sign from the Administrator as required by this Ordinance. The new sign that has been installed has no permit. To obtain the sign permit, please contact Rachel Boone at (317) 571-2417. Please obtain a valid sign permit or remove this illegal sign no later than February 27, 2009. Failure to do so will result in further enforcement action which may include the issuance of citations and a summons to Carmel City Court.
