Carmel, Indiana 46032 RE: CITY CODE VIOLATION — CONDITION OF PROPERTY Dear Ms. Holder: This letter is being provided to inform you that an inquiry was made to the Department of Community Services regarding a possible City Code Violation at 857 Nansemond Court, in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. An inspection revealed that the concern appears to be valid and that the property is in violation of the Carmel City Code, §6-77(k) which construes the following conditions to be public health nuisances: (k) Any accumulation of junk, rubbish, scrap metal, automotive parts, building materials, machinery, dead trees, or parts thereof, upon any premises in a residential area. The debris in question is the television set that is sitting in the yard. Please bring the condition of this property into compliance with the Cannel/Clay City Code by July 8, 2009. Failure to resolve the violation(s) by the specified deadline will result in further enforcement action by the City of Carmel.
