An inspection revealed that the concern appears to be valid and that the property is in violation of the Carmel Zoning Ordinance, §25.05.02, which states: 25.05.02 Trash, garbage and all solid wastes shall not be stored outside of any building for a period of longer than seven (7) days, except when construction is in progress. ` Please bring the condition of this property into compliance with the Carmel Zoning Ordinance by August 7, 2009. Failure to resolve the violation(s) by the specified deadline will result in further enforcement action by the City of Carmel.
