7. PROVIDE SMOOTH TRANSITIONS FROM NEW AREAS TO EXISTING FEATURES AS
NECESSARY.
8. ALL EXCAVATED AREAS SHALL BE SEEDED AFTER FINISH GRADING UNLESS
