A Carmel, Indiana 46032 RE: CARMEL CITY CODE WEEDS/GRASS VIOLATION Dear Sir or Madam: This letter is being provided to inform you that the property at 0 Main St. W., a property list under your ownership, is in violation of Carmel City Code § 6-88 (Ordinance No. D- 1557-02) and Indiana Code §36-1-3-6 (b)(1). (c) Requirement to cut.
