HomeMy WebLinkAboutCRA-02-26-09 February 26, 2009 Carmel Redevelopment Authonty Meeting Minutes Date February 26, 2009 Place Planning/Zoning Dept Conference Room 3 Floor, Carmel City Hall Present Rob Bush, President Becky Kapsalis Vice President Bruce Donaldson Barnes Thomberry Brandt Burdick, Secretary/Treasure Loren Matthes Lisa Stewart DOCS Candy Martin, DOCS Bruce Donaldson presented an Estimated Project Costs Summary page itemizing the Proposed Community Improvement Project Estimated Use of Funds is in the amount of $24,400 00 This amount will be broken up in the following manner $8,200 000 Parking garage and drainage $3 000,000 Brookshire Golf Course $8,69,000 Veteran s Way Phase 1 $1,500,000 Round -a bouts in SW Clay $2,000,000 Bike paths and drainage $1,005,000 Golf course improvements $24,400,000 Total The CRA members discussed these amounts Mrs Kapsalis asked for a historical perspective Mr Bush was able to outline the CRA's role Brandt Burdick made a motion to approve Seconded by Becky Kapsalis Lisa Stewart, Recording Secretary
