Bruce Donaldson presented an Estimated Project Costs Summary page itemizing the
Proposed Community Improvement Project Estimated Use of Funds is in the amount of
$24,400 00 This amount will be broken up in the following manner
$8,200 000 Parking garage and drainage
$3 000,000 Brookshire Golf Course
$8,69,000 Veteran s Way Phase 1
$1,500,000 Round -a bouts in SW Clay
$2,000,000 Bike paths and drainage
$1,005,000 Golf course improvements
$24,400,000 Total
The CRA members discussed these amounts Mrs Kapsalis asked for a historical
perspective Mr Bush was able to outline the CRA's role
Brandt Burdick made a motion to approve Seconded by Becky Kapsalis
