follows: A parcel of real estate thirty —five (35) feet in width by parallel
lines, the centerline of which begins at a point on the West line of
"Parcel 1", as described in deed to Woodland Shoppes hereinabove
identified, distant 275 feet measured North 01 degree 04 minutes 45
seconds West from the Southwest corner thereof; thence South 89
degrees 50 minutes 15 seconds East 3.30 feet to a point; thence North
01 degrees 04 minutes 45 seconds West 17.50 feet along the West line
of said Parcel 1 to the Point of Beginning; thence South 89 degrees 50

2. STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LOCAL GOVERNING
AGENCY SHALL APPLY FOR ALL SANITARY SEWERS, STORM
SEWERS, AND WATER MAINS.
3. ANY PART OF THE SANITARY OR STORM SEWER TRENCHES
RUNNING UNDER PAVED AREAS TO BE BACKFILLED WITH
GRANULAR MATERIAL. (REFER TO SPEC SHEET)
4. ALL WATER MAINS TO HAVE A 54" MINIMUM COVER OVER
TOP OF PIPE.
7. REFER TO ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR BUILDING DIMENSIONS.

1. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH SUBCONTRACTOR TO
VERIFY ALL EXISTING UTILITIES AND CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO
THE PHASE OF WORK. IT SHALL ALSO BE THE SUBCONTRACTOR'S
RESPONSIBIUTY TO CONTACT THE OWNERS OF THE VARIOUS

WRITING THE OWNER AND THE ENGINEER OF ANY CHANGES,
OMISSIONS, OR ERRORS FOUND ON THESE PLANS OR IN FIELD
BEFORE WORK IS STARTED OR RESUMED.
5. WATER SERVICE UNE TO THE BUILDING SHALL HAVE A SHUT –OFF
VALVE IN AN ACCESSIBLE LOCATION OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING.
