Kocinski 11421 Washington Blvd. Carmel, Indiana 46032 RE: ZONING ORDINANCE VIOLATION Dear Mr. & Mrs. Kocinski: This letter is being provided to inform you that our department has recently received some concerns regarding 11421 Washington Blvd., in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. This property was inspected on February 14, 2005 and found to be in violation of the permit requirements and the side yard setback provisions as regulated by the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance §25.01.B.3. The ordinance states a minimum setback for an accessory structure is five (5) feet from the property line or the drainage and utility easement plus three (3) feet. The accessory structure appears to be only two (2) feet from the property line. The accessory structure is located within the easement and appears to be blocking the natural flow of water thus causing a serious problem on abutting properties. Please obtain the required permit and have the location of the accessory structure changed to gain compliance within ten (10) days of the receipt of this letter.
