Carmel, Indiana 46033 RE: VIOLATION OF COMMITMENTS OF UV-165-01 Dear Mr. Sanders: This letter is being provided to inform you that it has recently been brought to the City’s attention that the commitments associated with the approval of your variance have yet to be completed. On January 28, 2002 the Board of Zoning Appeals approved your variance request with some commitments attached. Those commitments are as follows: 1) restriction of a 2-chair facility salon; 2) the second parcel (#1609251201034000) is to be included and used for customer and employee parking; 3) the planting of Redbud and Dogwood trees as suggested by the Urban Forester.
