Connolly 26 Wilson Dr. Carmel, IN 46032 RE: CITY CODE VIOLATION DEAR MS. CONNOLLY: This letter is to inform you that an inquiry was made to the Department of Community Services regarding a possible City Code Violation located at 26 Wilson Dr., in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. A recent inspection of the property revealed a swimming pool in the back yard full of stagnant water. Please be advised that Section 6-77(d) of the Carmel City Code construes the following conditions to be public health nuisances: (d) All stagnant water in which mosquitoes, flies or other insects can multiply. (c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of debris. Please rectify this situation within ten (10) days of the date of this letter. Failure to resolve the violation(s) within the specified time will result in further enforcement action by the City of Carmel. This will be your only warning.
