This letter is being provided to inform you that the property at 1422 Keystone Way, a property fist
under your ownership, is in violation of Carmel City Codes § 6-66(c):
(c) ,Requirement to cut. At owners of real property ("property') located within the
City shall cut and remove weeds and other rang vegetation growdng thereon that
exe_eeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of
debris.
Please be advised, if the above referenced violation is not corrected ;by August 28, 2009, this
matter w1l be brought into compliance by the City of Carmel. You, as property owner(s) wilt be
