Why is the easement along the eastern boundary designated as Variable D.&U.E.? How is it variable? 3 Why aren't there easements designated for Lot 1? 4. There is a variable D.&U.E.designated along the north boundary of Lot 2. Where is the easement? 5. Why do the bearings include both measured and deed dimensions. Shouldn't the plat utilize one or the other? If you have questions, don't hesitate to call Kate Weese,Mike McBride or me at 571-2441.
