Part of Lots 12 and 13 in Park Northwestern, an addition in Hamilton County, Indiana, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 128 -132 in the Office of the Recorder of
Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 13; thence North 53 degrees 19 minutes 09
seconds East, along the Northerly line of said Lot 13, 177.79 feet to the Northwest corner
of a 0.213 acre strip of real estate conveyed to the State of Indiana by Warranty Deed
recorded as Instrument #2000 -11218 in said recorder's office; thence South 20 degrees
57 minutes 13 seconds East, along the Westerly line of said strip, 95.92 feet; thence
South 29 degrees 29 minutes 04 seconds East, along said westerly line, a distance of
99.53 feet; thence South 20 degrees 57 minutes 13 seconds East, along said westerly line,
54.66 feet to the South tine of said Lot 13; thence South 66 degrees 17 minutes 00
seconds West 186.11 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 13; thence North 20
degrees 57 minutes 18 seconds West, along the West Line of said Lot 13 and the East
line of Lot 12, 47.70 feet to a 5/8" rebar with red cap being South 20 degrees 57 minutes
18 seconds East 162.09 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 12; thence South 87
degrees 03 minutes 14 seconds West 159.48 feet to a 5/8" rebar with red cap on the West
line of the real estate conveyed to Smith Brothers Not, Ile by Warranty Deed recorded
as Instrument 0503197 in said recorder's office; thence North 00 degrees 56 minutes 16
seconds West, along said West line, 83.11 feet to a paint on the Northerly line of said Lot
12; thence North 53 degrees 19 minutes 09 seconds East 128.01 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 1.319 acres, more or less.

This plat is being recorded pursuant to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
Final Plat for Park Northwestern as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 128 -132 in the Office of the
Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana.
This subdivision consists of one (1) Lot, as shown on the within survey plat. The size of said
Lot and the widths of the existing rights -of -way and easements are shown in figures denoting
feet and decimal parts thereof.
I, Trent E. Newport, hereby certify that 1 am a registered land surveyor, licensed in compliance
with the laws of the State of Indiana and that this plat correctly represents a survey completed
under my direct supervision on November 24, 2003 and that all monuments shown thereon actually
exist or will be set after construction and that the location, size, and material are accurately shown
and that all requirements specified in the subdivision ordinance of the City of Carmel have been met.
