LEGAL DESCRIPTION

thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, pages 128 -132 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County,
Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 13; thence North 53 degrees 19 minutes 09 seconds
East, along the Northerly line of said Lot 13, 177.79 feet to the Northwest corner of a 0.213 acre
strip of real estate conveyed to the State of Indiana by Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument
