ALAN NARRATIVE
DELTA FAUCET IS PROP ❑SING TO CONSOLIDATE THEIR ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICES ACCROSS THE UNITED STATES INTO THE HOME OFFICE IN
INDIANAPOLIS. THIS WILL REQUIRE AN EXTENSIVE ADDITION ON THE
SOUTH END OF THE EXISTING FACILITY.
PARKING WILL ALSO NEED TO BE EXPANDED. THIS WILL OCCUR TO
THE SOUTH OF THE EXISTING PARKING AND WILL EXTEND TO THE EXISTING
SANITARY AND GAS EASEMENTS TO THE SOUTH. THE DESIRED PARKING LOT
LAYOUT WILL REQUIRE FROM 1'TO 5' OF FILL ABOVE EXISTING GRADES,
A RETENTION POND WILL BE CONSTRUSTED ALONG THE WEST EDGE OF THE
?ARKING LOT AND BUILDING EXPANSION TO FUFILL THE STORM WATER
RETENTION REQUIREMENTS. SIDE SLOPES ABOVE THE WATER LINE IN THE
POND WILL BE 3:1,
CONSTRUCTION IS EXPECTED TO START IN SPRING OF 1994 WITH FINAL
LANDSCAPE PLANTING TO BE COMPLETED IN FALL 1994 THRU SPRING 1995.
ADJACENT /SURROUNDING AREA IS PRIMARILY NEIGHBORHOOD
BUSINESS /PROFESSIONAL OFFICE DISTRICT WITH SOME RESIDENTIAL TO
THE WEST ACROSS THE INTERSTATE AND TO THE SOUTHEAST OF THIS SITE,

AND BROOKSTON SILTY CLAY LOAM (Br), BOTH Dr THESE SOILS HAVE MODERATE
