AGREED BY OWNER AND CONTRACTOR.
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE TESTING AGENCY, CIVIL ENGINEER, AND OWNER
IF HE HAS REASON TO BELIEVE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS HAVE BEEN ENCOUNTERED
ON SITE. THE CONTRACTOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO DISTURB OR REMOVE SUCH
MATERIALS.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE TESTING AGENCY, CIVIL ENGINEER, AND OWNER
IF HE ENCOUNTERS UTILITY LINES INTERFERING WITH THE WORK. THE CONTRACTOR
IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO DISTURB OR REMOVE SUCH LINES.
5. ALL BUILDING /GRADING PERMITS WILL BE PAID FOR BY OWNER.
