Statement of Variance
request by College Park Church
Special Use Appeal request of 4 Temporary Modular
Classrooms
Docket No. 09090022 SUA
Statement of Support
Docket No. 09090022 SUA
During the past 18 months College Park Church has
experienced sustained numerical growth. This leads the church
to request additional temporary modular classroom space. The
classrooms would be used primarily to support our Sunday
morning programming. This request includes continued use of
two (2) modular classrooms, which have been on site for a
number of years, and two (2) additional modular classrooms.
This request is to support current growth while at the same
time the church develops a long -term growth solution. The
long -term solution is being actively pursued with decision
points planned for mid to late first half of 2010.
