Dear Mrs. Marchbanks,
At the meeting held Monday, April 28, 2003, the Carmel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning
Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variances filed by you on
behalf of Tom Wood Lexus for property located at 4710b East 96 Street:
ONE CIVIC SQUARE
APPROVED with condition: Docket No. V- 35 -03, a Development Standards Variance petition
of Section 25.07.02 -08(b) in order to establish three (3) identification signs on the south
facade.
The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition.
Condition
Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the
signs approved pursuant to the aforementioned Development Standards Variances must be
established within one (1) year. The expiration date of the approvals is Wednesday, April 28,
2004.
*When applying for Sign Permits for this structure, please include a copy of this
letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
