Docket No. V -35 -03
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the 28`
day of April 2003 at 7:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square,
Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Developmental Standards Variance
application to: Place 3 identification signs on the front elevation of the new Tom Wood Lexus
building. The "Pre- Owned" sign is approximately 16 sq ft. The "Tom Wood Lexus" sign is
approximately 96.12 sq ft. Both of these signs are to be reverse illuminated so as to minimize the
glare of the lighting. The "Service" sign is approximately 11.5 sq ft and non illuminated.
Carmel's ordinance allows for 1 sign per street facing facade. We would like to place all three
signs on the south elevation facing 96 Street.
Property being known as Wood Auto Park
