I spoke to you last week in regards to your property at 9825 Shelborne Road and the water that you felt was coming from the common area of the Shelborne Green community. At that time, I had you speak with Building and Code services to file a complaint and have the code inspector review the property in question. Since last week, I have reviewed the Shelborne Green subdivision files with Angie Conn, planner for City of Carmel -Plan Commission and Bryan Pohl, Code Enforcement Inspector for City of Carmel has been able to inspect the common area and berm at Shelborne Green. After the review of information, we are unable to locate any documentation with the City of Carmel showing that Shelborne Green is in violation with the area in question. With this area not being in the City of Carmel limits, it has been suggested that you contact Greg Hoyes at the Hamilton County Survey Office. Greg is the contact person that Angie works with regarding projects here at the City. She feels as though Greg maybe able to assist you in reaching a resolution to this matter.
