(c) Requirement to cut. Strong, Could you please have somebody tag the copper -colored Mercury Villager at 11260 Wood Creek Drive. It's on the street, and the plates expired last month. Got a complaint from a Carmel citizen regarding the property (I'm sending them orders for other violations).
