Dear Mr. Corbett:
Please be advised that the Carmel Plan Commission must approve the proposed
(under construction) entry /exit and window display area proposed for your
Tux Shop and Bridal Boutique located in Keystone Square Shopping Mall, prior
to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy Permit by our office. Due to
an oversight prior approval by the Carmel Plan Commission was never obtained
by a representative for Keystone Square Shopping Mall.
Committee Meetings of the Carmel Plan Commission are scheduled for Tuesday,
August 3, 1982 (see attached) to review the above mentioned matter. Also,
please find enclosed sign requirements for Keystone Square Mall.
