report (which is a part of the official minutes and attached to the master
copyl. The committee unanimously recommended approval and Mrs. Book moved
that the project be approved. Seconded by Mr. Smith.
The motion carried unanimously.
12A. Commission to consider Docket No. 24 -76 Z, Rezone Application S -1 to
S -2, on 70 acres, for single family development located between
Briar Creek and Baur Farm on Lakeshore Dr. East. Referred to Land
Use and Zoning Committee for report at October meeting.

Mr. Fisher was present. Mr. Spencer gave the Land Use and Zoning Com-
mittee report (which is a part of the official minutes and attached to the
master copy). The subcommittee recommended that this item be forwarded to
the City Council with a favorable recommendation. Mr. Anderson seconded.
