IM vror< LETTER of GRANT Revised Re: Guilford Commons Townhomes 09090003 V through 09090009 V Dear Mr. Shinaver: At the meeting held Monday October 26, 2009, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 531 Guilford Road. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 09090003 V through 09090009 V Development Standards Variances for reduction of minimum side yard; reduction of aggregate side yard; reduction of rear yard; reduction of lot width; reduction of minimum lot size; and increase in maximum lot coverage. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is October 26, 2012. When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
