Docket Nos. V- 36 -03, V -37 -03 and V -38 -03
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the
28 day of April, 2003, at 7:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, One Civic
Square, Carmel, Indiana, 46032, will hold a Public Hearing upon a Development
Standards Variance application to vary the development standards of Section 25.7.02-
13 of the Sign Ordinance to allow an existing ground sign to remain with a new sign
face and to allow the existing signs on the ATM machine to remain with new sign faces
for the property being known as 20 South Rangeline Road.
The application is identified as Docket Nos. V- 36 -03, V -37 -03 and V- 38 -03.
The legal description of the real estate affected by said application is on file with the
Department of Community Services for the City of Carmel, Third Floor, One Civic
Square, Carmel, Indiana, 46032.
