CITY OF A O. 4 CARMEL ti9i �0�1��\ E TON C O' f DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES 1 Division of Planning Zoning LETTER of GRANT June 25, 2003 William Payne Fanning/Howey Associates 9025 North River Road, Suite 200 Indianapolis, IN 46240 Re: 5185 East 131 Street Street Transportation and Facilities Center Dockets #V -58 -03 Dear Mr. Payne, At the meeting held Monday, June 23, 2003, the Carmel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variances filed by you on behalf of Carmel/Clay Schools Transportation and Facilities Center for property located at 5185 East 131 Street: APPROVED: Docket No. V- 58 -03, a Development Standards Variance petition of Section 25.07.02 -05(c) in order to establish a 35 -sq -ft sign. The Board voted three (3) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the signs approved pursuant to the aforementioned Development Standards Variances must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date of the approvals is Wednesday, June 23, 2004. When applying for Sign Permits for these structures, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
