Dear Dr. Wade:
At the meeting held Monday, July 28, 2003, the Carmel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Use Variance (UV) filed by you for property located at 3309 East 146 Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. UV Use Variance. The Board voted two (2) in favor, three (3) opposed,
thereby denying the petition.
According to our Board of Zoning Appeals Rules (Section 30.5.4), it states: "After denial of a variance application,
special use application, zoning amendment or variance application concerning the same property shall not be filed for a
period of six (6) months."
