Dear Mr. Phillips,
At the meeting held Monday, June 23, 2003, the Carmel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Development Standards Variances filed by you on behalf of Brinson Properties, LLC for property
located at 3934 W. 96 Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. V- 63 -03, a Development Standards Variance petition of Section 23C.08.03.A in order to
establish a side yard reduction. The Board voted three (3) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition.
APPROVED: Docket No. V- 64 -03, a Development Standards Variance petition of Section 23C.08.03.B in order to
establish a rear yard reduction. The Board voted three (3) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition.
APPROVED: Docket No. V- 65 -03, a Development Standards Variance petition of Section 26.04.05(c) in order to
establish a side yard buffer reduction. The Board voted three (3) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the
petition.
APPROVED: Docket No. V- 66-03, a Development Standards Variance petition of Section 26.04.05(c) in order to
establish a rear yard buffer reduction. The Board voted three (3) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the
petition.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variances approvals are valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approvals is Wednesday,
June 23, 2004.

When applying for application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
