Dear Mr. Stumpf:
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting October 20, 2009 regarding the
application for Subdivision Waiver from Section 8.09.01, sidewalks installed on both sides of the street
in accordance with Carmel standards.
A sidewalk path will meander within the common areas on some parts of open space near the
subdivision entry instead of being located parallel and adjacent to the street, within the road right -of-
way.
APPROVED: Docket No. 09090016 SW, Lincolnshire Subdivision, Section I was approved as submitted.
Note: Pedestrian/bicycle connections still exist.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
