APPROVED: Docket No. 09080023 PP, The Cottages at Carmel Primary Plat and Subdivision Waivers 09080024, no private streets permitted; 09080025, minimum lot width of 50 feet at street right -of -way; 09080026, sidewalks on both sides of street required -as submitted to the Plan Commission. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
