The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting October 20, 2009 regarding the
application for Primary Plat and Subdivision Waivers for The Cottages at Carmel located at 531 South
Guilford Road, zoned B- 7/Business.
APPROVED: Docket No. 09080023 PP, The Cottages at Carmel Primary Plat and Subdivision Waivers
09080024, no private streets permitted; 09080025, minimum lot width of 50 feet at street
right -of -way; 09080026, sidewalks on both sides of street required -as submitted to the
Plan Commission.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
