NOTICE: A special meeting of the Executive Committee of the Carmel Plan Commission will be held on
March 17, in the Carmel City Hall Council Chambers at 6:30 PM, or immediately following the regular
meeting of the Plan Commission, whichever is earlier. The purpose is for the discussion of a replat and an
approved ADLS item.
Also, an Executive Session of the Executive Committee will be held immediately after the
special meeting of the Executive Committee, for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to pending
litiqation, as authorized under Indiana Code �5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(2)(B).
