The location of the existing Hub is identified on the Relocation Exhibit (Tab A). Bright House was requested to relocate the existing Hub in connection with the redevelopment of Carmel City Center. The Site is zoned I- 1(industrial) and contains an existing one story commercial office building. The Site is bordered by commercial uses on the south and west, an industrial use on the east and multi- family residential on the north. The Site encompasses .62 acres.
