Thanks again for meeting with us yesterday to discuss the development of the bank parcel by M I Bank. To
supplement that meeting and your file, I am attaching the following additional documents.
1. Excerpt form minutes of the Hamilton County Commissioners meeting held on August 10, 2009 approving
the ingress from 146th Street into the site.
2. Excerpt from minutes of Carmel City Council meeting held on August 17, 2009 approving the amendment
to the PUD ordinance and the rezoning of the site with zoning commitments.
3. Zoning Commitment filed with Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana per City Council adoption
of ordinances.
4. Conceptual Site Plan presented to Hamilton County Commissioners and Carmel City Council showing
146th Street ingress into the site and one way egress from Danbury Estates
