Dear Gentlemen:
Upon further review of your proposed signs, we will consider them
temporary real estate signs. We still need the additional information in
order to process your petition. If the information is not in by Friday
June 27, we will not be able to process your petition, and you will not
be on the July 28 BZA Agenda.
To reiterate items needed /considered:
sign elevation showing height maximum is 8 feet tall)
sign must be 25 feet from the road right -of -way and /or be out of the
right -of -way -a v- shaped sign with under 60 degrees of separation is
considered one sign.
Please respond so that we may modify your application, if need be.

Dear Sirs;
Upon Review of your DSV Application for the City Center project, it
has been decided that the your proposed signs are more the character
of Temporary Construction Signs. (Please refer to Section 25.7.03 -2 of
the sign ordinance.)
Please provide an elevation showing the total height.
Only one sign per property frontage is allowed. Please note that a
V- shaped sign with under 60 degrees of separation constitutes one sign
this may help with your Number of signs).
The time 'allowed for such a•sign is 7 days beginning when the
intended use begins, such as someone moves in).
The sign must be set back twenty (20) feet from the road
right(s) -of -way and only one sign may face any particular property
frontage.
Your proposed 31.5 square feet is under the required 32 square feet.
Please respond to these comments so that we may modify your
application, if need be.
