Dear Mr.Reis:
At the meeting held Monday, July 28, 2003, the Carmel/Clay Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) filed by you for property located at Southwest comer of City
Center Drive and 3` Avenue Southwest.
APPROVED: Docket No. V -73 -03 Development Standards Variance approved with the following conditions:
One sign will advertise condominiums and one will advertise town homes. The signs are temporary in nature: 24
month time duration or when each development reaches 80% occupancy, whichever comes first.
The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one -time, six -month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is July 28, 2004.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
