will hold a Public Hearing upon a Developmental Standards Variance application for Kosene and
Kosene Development Company. Applicant requests a developmental standards variance of Section
25.7.03 -03 (b) of the Carmel /Clay Zoning Ordinance to allow more than one temporary real estate
sign to be oriented toward the same public street.
The property is located one property south of the southwest corner of City Center Drive and 3rd
Avenue SW in Carmel, Indiana.
